So, a lot has been going on. I have a new free pattern, Log Cabin Dishcloth, out on the Knit Picks Website. It's part of the their 52 Weeks of Dishcloths Project. I have three more coming out, one in May, one in July, and the last in September. There's a link to the Knit Picks site in my Ravelry Store.
I've also been doing a lot of dyeing with Kool-Aid and food coloring. I love to do this; it's like coloring for adults! Click on the thumbnails below to see what I've been doing the last couple of months. If your are on Ravelry, all of these are on my stash page with notes on the techniques I used.
I've also been working on some projects of my own. I actually ended up knitting too much, and have had to give my hands/wrists a bit of a rest the last couple of weeks. They seem to be doing fine now, though I am still taking it easy.
As for upcoming patterns, my Cobblestone Throw will be in Knitscene Accessories due out soon, my Headband with a Twist will be in the book 60 Minute Knits (not sure the publication date on that), and my Lace Edged Baby Bibs will be in the next 101 Skein Wonders book aimed at babies. I think that's scheduled to come out in August, but am not 100% sure. I also have a couple of proposals out, and several proposals for the Knit Picks IDP Program ready. I haven't sent them off yet, because I'm waiting to hear back on the two that are out, and some of them are season sensitive.
Well, I think that catches things up nicely! Have a wonderful day!
