Well, the SilverSpun cowl sample and pattern is sent off, and now I'm working on getting the store samples ready for two of my baby blanket patterns that will carried in my LYS, Knit Together (http://knittogetheryarn.com). One blanket is done and ready to go, the other is still in process. I hope to have both patterns in the shop by May.
I'm also working on a side to side shawl design that is giving me the fits!! I think I have it all worked out, after ripping back too many times. Now, I just need to knit up a bit to make sure it actually works and looks like I want it to. Unfortunately, I'm beginning to second guess my border pattern, so it may be back to drawing board on that.
On top of all that, Knit Picks just put out a call for submissions that sounds very interesting. I'm trying to come up with something, but so far nothing has really popped out as a good idea. The timing is very short on that one, so I may have to pass, but it's really hard to let a good call go by without at least trying to get something worked up.
I'm going to drop the finished baby blanket by the shop later. I think I'll take a little something to work on and stay for a bit. Sounds nice and soothing after all the busyness.
